He uses his extensive knowledge of fitness and nutrition to structure workouts that build on my strengths and push me beyond my perceived limits, and to provide the nutritional guidance I need to meet my goals. Mike keeps my workouts interesting, he is reliable, and he makes an hour of tough training an enjoyable experience. If you are in the market for a trainer, choose Mike Spencer!
